Communicerend Septiem(1989 Neerijnen/ 1994 Kortenhoef)
Zeven luchtzakken zijn met elkaar verbonden door slangen onder de grond. Zij staan op een driepoot, één daarvan doet dienst als fluit, de andere twee geven de lucht door. De fluiten hebben ieder een grondtoon uit de toonladder van Cis. Als verlaten oude camera's, of oneerbiediger 'als vuilniszakken op statief' staan ze klaar om te reageren. Nadert iemand dan blaast één zak zich vol en geeft daarna de lucht door aan de volgende. het gevolg is een reeks van fluittonen, soms laag, soms hoog, door druk en overdruk.

Communicating Seventh (1989 Neerijnen / 1994 Kortenhoef)
Seven air bags have been linked with each other by tubes under the ground. They stand on a tripod, one is a flute, the other two let pass the air. Every flute has a fundamental tone from the scale of Cis. Like old cameras, or more perverse as 'refused rubbish bags' are they ready to react. When someone approaches, the first bag blows himself full and passes afterwards the air to the following bag. The consequence is a range of tones, sometimes low, sometimes high by pressure and over-pressure.
